Integrated Services Offering

ISG provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of services for automakers across
three categories: Reacquired Vehicle Services (RAV), Risk Management Services,
and Verification & Inspection Services.

These "integrated services" have proven to help manufacturers...
•  Both prevent and manage reacquired vehicles;
•  Respond quickly and appropriately to elevated customer issues;
•  Protect their interest by inspecting third party performance; and
•  Higher levels in sales, warranty and customer satisfaction.

In 2007, as part of its Risk Management Services program, ISG has developed and launched an innovative
Investigation to Resolution (I2RSM) program designed to help resolve escalated disputes and retain customers
by assigning experienced I2R Coordinators who act as a liaison between the automaker, its dealer service
network, and customers. Within the automotive industry, the I2R program is helping owners get their
vehicles repaired while restoring their confidence in the automakers' brand.

The I2RSM program has direct application in other industries which require highly skilled, experienced customer
service representatives who can work directly with their customers and/or channel partners to identify and implement
a resolution which attempts to meet all parties interests.

Core Competencies

Our focus on RAV services has allowed us to develop core competencies not readily available in the market.

These core competencies include the following:
•  Best practices approach to the design and optimization of RAV processes;
•  End-to-End or "turnkey" solution for reacquired vehicles;
•  Experienced Reacquisition & Remarketing Coordinators, Administrators and Specialists;
•  Efficient and effective proprietary systems fully capable of integration to clients' systems;
•  In-depth education and training programs;
•  In-house knowledge of "State Lemon Laws" and other applicable statutes;
•  National Field Force (Transfer Agents, Inspectors and Auction Specialists);
•  Ability to customize solutions for clients and reputation for "ease of doing business with";
•  Ability to rapidly respond to clients' special projects and escalated case volume; and
•  Existing and good working relationships with state regulators & administrators.
