ISG has created a knowledgeable national, independent field force consisting of trained
and experienced Transfer Agents, Vehicle Inspectors, Auction Specialists, and CPOV Specialists.

ISG currently has a need for additional Independently Contracted Transfer Agents in the
following locations:

•  Bentonville, Arkansas
•  Valencia, California
•  Fresno, California
•  Bakersfield, California
•  Vernon, Connecticut
•  New Haven, Connecticut
•  Panama City, Florida
•  Gainsville, Florida
•  Savannah, Georgia
•  Honolulu, Hawaii
•  Des Moines, Iowa
•  Billings, Montana
•  Toms River, New Jersey
•  Austin, Texas

The Role of the Transfer Agent:

•  Acts as an agent for the automaker and ISG
•  Responsible for overseeing and facilitating the transfer of title and vehicle from the consumer
   back to the automaker
•  Schedules meeting with vehicle owner to surrender vehicle
•  Inspects vehicle for excessive wear & tear and damage and takes digital photographs of vehicle
•  Reviews transaction paperwork and ensure the transfer documents are properly executed
   and notarized
•  Delivers the necessary checks to vehicle owner and dealer to complete the transaction
•  Utilizes ISG TA Portal to upload photos and notes any damage found during inspection
