Current Job Opportunities (full-time Monday-Friday within 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST business hours):

There are no current job openings at this time. Typical job opportunities include:
Client Reacquisition Coordinator, Imports Coordinator, Titles Coordinator and Tracking Coordinator.

Requirements:
•  2 to 5+ yrs. customer service, contact center experience requiring outbound calling and
   case management of escalated situations
•  Highly organized, proven project management skills, excellent verbal and written
   communication skills, good financial skills, multi-tasking, and ability to work with minimal
   supervision
•  Strong desktop computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word) and use of database
   applications (Lotus Notes)
•  Ability to solve day-to-day problems and address normal business issues
•  Ability to maintain a professional customer service based relationship with clients,
   customers and team members
•  Some college including relevant business courses from an accredited institution a plus
